Website and System

  • Once I have registered and purchased a course how long do I get to take the course before it expires?

    You have 90 days in which to take your course before it expires. After that time, you will need to re-purchase the course, or contact your employer/agency to request re-enrolment in the course.

  • If I don’t finish the course in one sitting, does it save where I was up to or do I have to start at the beginning again?

    You can re-start the course from either the beginning, or any point up to where you were in the course.

  • How many attempts do I get on the tests?

    You have unlimited attempts at each test.

  • What happens if I lose my user name and password?

    On the login page of our Online Training System, click the link for "Forgot your password" or "Forgot your username", and follow the instructions to reset your details.

  • Will the website remember me if I come back and purchase another course or do I have to register again?

    Once you have been set up with a user ID and password to access our Online Training System, you can use the user name and password you created to log back in, and our system will remember your details.

  • What happens if I am doing the course out of hours eg whilst working a night shift and I run into problems – who do I contact?

    You can either contact us by telephone and leave a message, or you can send an email using the Contact form on our website. All enquiries will be responded to within 1 working day.

  • What if I do not have access to the internet – how can I do the course?

    Please contact us, and we will be very happy to provide you with an alternative means of taking the course via Distance Learning, or classroom-based training.

Courses and Certificates

  • How long does it take for my certificate to come through?

    Certificates will be dispatched within 2 working days.

  • Can I get a copy of the certificate if my employer/agency has paid for the course?

    If you have purchased the course yourself the certificate will come directly to you. If your employer/agency has purchased the course for you, your certificate will go directly to them and if you require a copy you will need to contact them.

  • What happens once I have been enrolled on a course?

    You will receive a welcome email to the course, with the link to access it. Once you have logged in, you can access all courses you are enrolled in from the MY DASHBOARD page, available from the top menu.
